【Features】
1. Automatic cut-off function under abnormal working conditions
The gas-liquid linkage ball valve is set with a pressure upper and lower limit and a pressure drop rate to meet the needs of operation. When the pipeline pressure is higher or lower than the upper and lower pressure limits, the ball valve closes automatically. In the event of an explosion or rupture of the pipeline, the valve will automatically close when the detected pressure drop exceeds the set pressure drop rate.
2. Multiple operation modes
The gas-liquid linkage ball valve has four operation modes: manual, automatic, pneumatic and remote control. You can choose the operation mode according to the actual operating conditions to improve the safety and reliability of the valve. In manual mode, you only need to change different gears and press the hand pump handle to realize the switch operation; pneumatic mode, pull the operation handle in the direction of "left open and right close" to complete the switch operation. Start the automatic function, you can achieve automatic control of the valve. If the valve is equipped with a remote transmission remote control device (RTu), the remote control of the valve can be achieved by remote signal transmission. The Shaanxi-Beijing Gas Transmission Pipeline has enabled the remote shutdown function online.
3. High security
The gas-liquid linkage ball valve uses high-pressure natural gas or a hand pump as the power source, without the need for additional mechanical or electrical equipment, and has a low accident rate, safety and reliability, and good economy.


【Structure and working principle】
Pneumatic-hydraulic ball valve main control box by a Lineguard, liquid tank, remote terminal apparatus, the rotating rotary wing actuator, the valve, gas supply tank, control box, impulse lines, test tubes and other components [2], buried ball There is also a buried middle cavity venting tube, etc. The basic structure is shown in Figure 1.
The gas source of the gas -liquid linkage ball valve is directly pressurized from the main line and used as the power source of the ball valve . Under normal working conditions, open and close the tank to fill half of the tank with hydraulic oil, the gas source tank and the comparison tank are filled with natural gas, the delay tank is an empty tank, when the ball valve is activated, the oil is pushed by the gas and the actuator is pushed by the oil The opening and closing of the gas-liquid linkage ball valve . The actuator is divided into rotary vane type gas-liquid linkage actuator and shift fork type gas-liquid linkage actuator. The rotary vane actuator is equipped with a rotor, which is immersed in hydraulic oil. The gas-liquid tank comes with oil to push the rotor to rotate. The rotor drives the ball valve connected to it to rotate to realize the switch of the ball valve . , The hydraulic oil pushes the reciprocating motion of the piston, and then converts it into the rotary motion of the valve through the shift fork, driving the ball valve connected to it to rotate to realize the switching operation of the ball valve [3]. There is a pneumatic switch handle in the operation box. The automatic control system compares the instantaneous pressure of the main line with the pressure in the comparison tank to determine the switch of the valve to realize automatic control. The delay tank can delay the valve action time and avoid instantaneous misoperation. The above two types of valves each have advantages and disadvantages. The working efficiency of the rotary vane type is higher than that of the fork type, but the latter operates more smoothly than the former in the switching process.
